Feedstock is any organic material that is fed into the ROC to create energy. The ROC can use any organic material as feedstock including:

• municipal solid waste;
• sewage sludge;
• animal and bird manures;
• animal mortalities;
• animal processing waste;
• medical waste; and
• hazardous and industrial waste.
