21. What is feedstock?
Feedstock is any organic material that is fed into the ROC to create energy. The ROC can use any organic material as feedstock including: municipal solid waste; sewage sludge; animal and bird manures; animal mortalities; animal processing waste; medical waste; and hazardous and industrial waste.
